Troubleshoot My 240 Stalling 200 1991

Need help to troubleshoot this one. My '91 240 (188 K miles) engine every once in a while feels like its missing -- but more troublesome, it runs a little rough at idle once it's warm and might even quit (at a traffic light, for instance). Its starts right back up.

There are no check engine lights so the computer's no help. Within the last month: replaced the AMM, coolant temp sensor, cleaned the throttle body, new plugs, and for that matter - a water pump, motor mounts, and a rear seal.

What are some areas I might consider?
