Quad square light sealed beam conversion....to H4 system 200 1985

I decided to convert my 85' 240 from sealed beam to a quad H4 lamp system. I purchased a conversion kit which is consisted of a 4 4x6 h4 housings, heavy duty wiring harness with 2 relays (one for low and one for high beam) which is hooked directly to the battery and to the original harness. My question is that I also I have the option to purchase between 60/55W or 100/90W bulbs. I do not know which combination is more suitable and what wattage limits I have. I really do not want to overload the battery.

My choices are the following:

1: High: 100/90W
Low : 60/55W

2: High: 100/90W
Low : 100/90W

3: High: 60/55W
Low : 60/55W

Which is the stock sealed beam wattage?
Which one you would suggest?
How do you read the numbering system? Does 60/55W mean 60 watts of illumination and 55 watts of power consumtion.

Thanks

Mike
