Shiftless 1800 1965

Has anyone figured out the optimum shift points for the 4 speed w/overdrive?
This is for B18B engine with 108hp @ 5800 rpm, and a compression ratio of 10.0:1. I'm about ready to go on my 2,100 mile trip and with gas prices as such, I'd like to get the best performance out of that gallon of gasoline as possible.
I couldn't find any information in the owners manual for "suggested" shift ranges either by rpm or mph. The service manuals also did not give a clue other than the statement "normal speed range is 1500 - 5500 rpm, not to exceed 6500 rpm".
Thanks, I'm Havinfun and about to go for the trip of a lifetime.
