Mom's Brick 700 1991

Mom thinks I'm so smart when it comes to her car...but it's always you guys.

Her 740 has started to have an intermittant stalling problem. It's not really stalling but more like the engine bogs down. I took the car for a couple of days and it happned three times. It lasts for about a minute. No acceleration when given the gas...just plods along for a minute. It happens with and without the ac on.No noises...but it does surge before the problem goes away. The only consistant thing is it happens about 5 minutes after starting.The only weird thing I noticed was the temperature guage moving to the right of center when I stopped at traffic ligts. Then it would go to the left of center after a bit then return to dead center in a minute or two. This only happned on one of the trips. The majority of the time it road fine...ran smooth and no temperature variations.
