122 wagon purchase 120-130

I've been driving through a local neighborhood lately and have spotted a baby blue 122 wagon with a for sale sign stuck in the window. From the road it looks pretty straight and rust free although there's a rag in the gas tank opening and the bumpers appear to be a little tilted up. My question is, is there a market for these cars and what does a nice one usually sell for. Also, since I'm a bit of a driveway mechanic, are the normal tune up parts, brakes, exhaust, etc, still readily accessable? Not sure of the year of the car but it's definitely a 122. Any problem areas to look at first? Thanks for any help.
