HELP! Cam seal leak?!?! 700 1990

I'm so hacked.....'90 760T 188,000 miles....recently (June 24th) had the timing belt, harmonic balancer, accessory belts, bushings AND oil seals - (cam, crank, imtermediate) replaced by my local "reputable" Volvo shop. Wouldn't you know it, never a drop of oil previously at the front of the engine...Now, I have fresh oil pooling at the waterpump housing. I keep the engine spotless in order to see this kind of thing if/when it occurs. Looks like oil is seeping down from the cam seal....for all you hard core mechanics, is there anything else that could be leaking in that area. It is NOT the valve cover for sure. I am calling my tech tomorrow, but I don't want the "soft shoe" routine from this guy. I would have done the job myself save for severely throwing my back out of whack. Any help/tips/ideas greatly appreciated. Also, I'm checking the FAQ again but what could he have done to cause the leak with the new seal?

Thanks in advance!
