What have I got (a grille, no, not girl, question)? 200

Alright, going through the parts supply in the barn, I find this grille I acquired godknowswhere. It looks like a GT grille . . . almost. It is definitely from a two 7" headlight set-up, and has the square fog light cutouts. But it is black, not silver. And the fog light cutouts might be a slightly different size than the GT - I can't tell for sure since I don't have a GT grille on hand for comparison. And yes, this is some factory deal, it hasn't been cut or altered by some enterprising Brickster. What is it?
