Anyone seen this? Thoughts? 120-130

Fender badges are gone and the holes filled, too -- looks like this did get smacked on the nose and repaired at some point. All the rear seams are present and accounted for. Of course, the -'64 lightning bolt logo has no business being on the trunk lid.

Front seats look faded, there's a repair across the rear seat bottom, and I don't know that I much care for the tuck-and-roll dash cover.

Is there rust in the floors?

Mechanical condition is pretty much unstated, except that the carbs are synched. Brakes? Clutch? Suspension? Does the OD work?

With all that nice chrome, it's a very nice starting point, at least, for a daily driver, or resto to original or modified. I'd want answers to the above questions (and more) before even making a guess as to what it's worth, though...
