Where is the fuel mixture adjustment?

Hello, I have a 1986 Volvo 240DL (B230F Engine). Its fuel injected and I am looking for the fuel mixture adjustment. It failed the emissions test, said it was producing too much NOX. I know I should there are other methods to cure this problem but I want to try adjusting the fuel mix before I start replacing things. I think its just a little screw but I cannot locate it. I have the green Volvo book and I found a pic of where they say it is supposed to be but I can't find it. I located the idle speed thumbscrew but I really need to find the fuel mixture adjustment screw.

Thanks!
