where exactly is the heater vacuum diaphram? 700 1991

I want to check this as a source of a vacuum leak. Is there one or 2 in the 740 1991 turbo? Is is the same as the vacuum motor? I cannot find any good diagrams for this in Haynes or Chilton's manuals. Can anyone help out? A link for diagrams and step by step instructions would be great.
