Nissen Rads, 65544A and 65520A - what is the difference ...

I sent Nissens an inquiry in English (American style). Who knows if they understand what I am asking about. Perhaps you can translate my questions into Danish and find out what the difference is.

When I don't research something to death, I usually end up with the wrong or inferior part. I was thinking that one of these radiators might be a newer and improved heavier duty plastic version. I heard some mention of that before on the board about a new high efficiency Plastic Aluminum Radiator from Nissens.

IPD sells a Nissens Plastic rad for the 1992-1995 years. I think they are a narrower radiator. A friend of mine owns a salvage yard and said there were two rad sizes for the Volvos with B230 engines. Or perhaps one is for a turbo.

At any rate, if one is a better quality I certainly would like to know. The Nissens web site is just too lacking in info to determine any difference.

thank you,
diyer
