oil change procedure 900 1991

Hey,

It's me again. well i found out that the former owner uses dino oil..so i'm just going to stick with it and chagne it every 3,000 miles. Now my question is: What is the procedure for changing the oil out of a 940 SE. Should I warm up the engine before draining the oil? Also, when adding oil in the car..should I put 3 quarts in ..then start the engine..then check the oil level..or should i just pour all 4 quarts in then start and re-check the oil level? Where could i get the drain plug and gasket besides the dealer. thanks again.
