proper voltage readings 200 1979

Hi all, Does anyone know the proper voltage readings I should have in my 79 245dl? I have had it tested and was in the mid 13's. I am getting a very dim AMP light when headlights are on and a pulsating dim AMP light when the turn signal is on. I just replaced voltage regulator, battery cables, and had the alternator bearings replaced. any ideas? (I didn't have the signals or headlights on during tests) Thanks, Franco79..217k
