Motor mount 700

Assuming you have the hydraulic mounts:

There is one top nut, 17mm.
There are 3 for the bottom bracket (13mm) which you need to take off to get to the 17mm one holding the mount to the bracket. Two of the 3 are accessible from the top, the other from the bottom.

I don't remember the torque specs though...
