Does anyone have a tip on how to install a new elevator channel under the glass. With a new rubber strip, I can't see how this can be forced on the glass.
I am trying to do this with the glass inside the door because I couldn't see how the glass with the channel already attached could be put back.

Everything has been removed once to install new side channel guides and fuzzies so if the glass has to come out, no big deal.
