Confusing statement above. 200

i do not know what is causing your problem but here is something to think about.
i repair volvos for a living. i have a customer who installed his own radio in a 1988 240 about 3 years ago.when the car is shut of his radio stays onfor about 3 minutes. i never checked it because he was not concerned about it but i always wondered if he somehow got into the delay circuit for the domelight?????
i really doubt the ecu is bad. i would think bad ground, something in the car is jumpered and feeding back. i have seen at least a dozen times that the door buzzers will buzz non stop and it is a blown brake light fuse. where is the connection there??? maybe tryrunning the car and upon stopping start pulling fuses to try to narrow the field a little.

good luck
bob
