1979-1980 Engine Wiring Schematic 200

Hi Kyle

I removed and remade my engine wire harness in my 82 244 with a B23e with Kjet injection once the harness was on the bench I removed all the covering it wasn't to hard to replace all the wires. The only plug or conector that you can't buy new is the thermal time switch conector so be carful with that one thats if you need to buy any
A couple of tips
1.Mark all plug and conector with tape and a marking pen
2.A good place to get good factory type wire harness cover is inside of a volvo wreck it still soft and plyable not hard and brittle like the stuff in the engine bay. That goes for special colour coded wires as well

If you still require a 79/80 wire diagrams I have a volvo service book with a wiring diagrams section for 1979 EMail me offboard on GPM262@Hotmail.com and I will see if I can scan the diagram for you. If you require any more info email me
