Differance between a B20E and B20F engine 140-160

I have a 72 142e as well B20F,runs great on regular , I bought it after it had been sitting for years, it now runs but sounds like the one you are looking at is much nicer, mine is a long term restoration, if everything comes together.May the force be with you.
