Lifter height question 140-160

Funny. I was going to post a reply too. Anyway, I went with OEM available from Scan-Tech. Glad I don't have a V8, but I ultimately decided it was worth it. Nothing fancy wtih this engine, so a stock C cam. Not even D, because I like the grunt it has. Needs it too being a city driven wagon. Lots of traffic lights to contend with. I also scored a set of steel timing gears on ebay for $36! Searching for "Penta" is 99% stuff I don't care about, but sometimes there is that 1% that I need that goes unnoticed by most people.

I'll hopefully get it all together this weekend and see how it goes. How do you run in a new cam again? Just rev up and down for 10-20 minutes? I need to find that again. OK, nust study. GRE is in 3 hours!
