1991 940GLE Intermittent RPM drop 1991

I'm experiencing a sudden drop of idle RPM to around 300RPM or sometime causing the engine stopped. I suspects the flywheel sensor or the mass air flow (MAF) sensor are having contact problem. After cleaning all the wire harness sockets/plug, this problem is still exist. I have to stop engine and start again to resolve my problem but sometime this method may also not work!

Hope somebody could advise me.
