High Beams Won't Switch Off 200 1981

This evening in the parking lot at work, I started the wagon as usual and turned on the headlights. Got the high beams and high beam indicator and couldn't switch them off. Any suggestions on where to start? I've already tried yelling loudly at the turn signal stalk (didn't make any difference). Thanks!!
