Upper shock mounts 700 1990

Yes, the bushings will likely tighten things up a bit. The fact that you're happy with your Bilstein HDs, says that you want a good firm ride. So go with poly sway bar bushings, or better yet, get IPD upgrade sway bars. Everyone who has them raves about the improvement in cornering, and they come with poly bushings.
I would also go with poly strut rod "cone" bushings. You will have one tight handling brick with these upgrades.
