b21 in a 140 140-160 1966

Plus...

There is a bell housing issue to deal with, as the B20 is a "straight up and down" engine and the B21 is a ""tilted" engine.

The intake plumbing would have to be moved over to the LH side.

There are possible cam lube issues with the B21 (However not likely if you change oil regularly.)

Timing belt changes every 50,000 miles vs timing gear changes every 200,000.

All this hassle, plus more that I can't think of at the moment or I'm not aware of, just for an extra 100cc. If it's more HP you want, there are things you can do to the B20 that give it more get-up-and-go.
