Thanks for the replies guys. It does make sense that the wheel has 4X the number of teeth. I'm going to knock apart one of the junk axles and see how difficult it appears to be. Hopefully I do not have to disturb all the axle seals. Oh well, what can ya do.
The proud new owner, well, she thinks it's cool to go 120 on our street. She can't wait until she gets pulled over for speeding. "Do you know how fast you were going?" ....
