Big Brakes/Steering Question 700

my car has the Bendix Calipers and small rotors. Would love to convert to the larger rotors. what do I need? Just the rotors and caliper brackets? what car should I get the brackets off of? I can go to the 11.25, right?

So do any 700's have steering racks that are faster than the others, or all they all the same? I thought perhaps the Turbo models might have a quicker ratio. My Rack might need replaced, so if I am going back with something, I was wanting to upgrade, if possible.
