Leaky alloy rim

Appreciate the great response to my post.

Always enjoy painting stuff, so this will be a winter project while the alloy rims and summer tires are off the car. Re. corrosion - the guy who mounts the 15" alloy rims on my 240 car (as you probabl know, there are very few people you want to trust these rims with) first mounts them on the balancing machine without a tire and grinds any bead corrosion off. Never had any problem with these. Tires on the 940 were done at a different gargage where they're not as careful.
