Missing middle muffler 200 1986

Ryan,

I'm thinking about doing something similar to the IPD kit to my 81 242. You say it adds a low noise. I guess it's hard to describe how much it increased the volume, but please try to for me. Is it deep enough not to be wimpy sounding? (Like a little Toyota Tercel trying to be a Chevy 350, you know what I mean.) Do you wake the neighbors up when you drive into your neighborhood? Is it anywhere near obnoxious? I guess a guy could have it set up that way, and, if thinks it's too loud, could add the forward muffler later on. What do you think?
