Reccommendations for matching engine block paint (red)? 140-160 1969

I use Rustoleum - I think it is "Regal Red". I usually put it over
their "rusty metal primer" which also works well on clean metal.
It stands engine heat OK, but not exhaust heat. In other words,
paint your exhaust manifold with something else.
