ignition ECU, CO and CIS test point locations????? need help 700

Help! I cannot find my Ignition control unit or the CO and CIS test points that are suppose to reside beside it. There is nothing but a giant void to the right of my steering columm in the drivers foot well. Nothing where the haynes manual shows it. There is nothing on the brake pedal bracket. 3 other boxes to the left of the steering columm but no Ignition ECU. Are the CO and CIS test point pig tails just unplugged connectors?? what do they look like and where are they located?
