As Rob said........ The fuel pump relay, which is really the fuel injection system relay. You can resolder it ---- $0, 15 minutes, no risk, clean 'n easy job.

And after that, resolder or replace the radio suppression relay. This relay switches on the power to the injectors. If it fails (and it WILL fail), the injectors will be dead. (Not all 740s have this relay. Depends on the year. My '91 has one and it failed -- 2 weeks after I repaired the fuel pump relay.)
