Update on new engine that won't start... 700

On the old electronic injectors the main valve is a pin that sticks out the
end of the injector and you can check to see if it is stuck by pushing on
the pin. If it doesn't move it is stuck. (Might consider tapping on the
pin with a tiny hammer if it is stuck. It should move about 0.020".)

Not sure if your injectors are built like that or not but if they are it
is certainly easy to check. I would NOT put 12 volts to the injector
unless you KNOW that is what they take. Many take a lower voltage.
