Dash Display Lights Out 700

Hey,

My dash display lights are not working and I checked the bulbs which all seem to be good...the wiring may be not working right or the 'dimmer' that tells them to go on when the headlights are on might not be working either...does anyone have a good wiring diagram of the dash display or have any suggestions for problems/fixes regarding the lights with working bulbs?
