Fuses for '82 240

Hi All,

Last Friday night, after fooling around with the brake lights, attempting to figure out why the right one wouldn't work (seems to be the connection w/that plasticy copper thingy with the bulb plug), the fuse (#8) that controls the clock and the dome light blew, replaced it and it blew again, almost immediately. I haven't tried to put a second fuse in it because I am now down to my last one. The fuse has voltage going to it. So I basically have two questions: 1) Where can I get more fuses (unfortunately where I live does not have a good, well-stocked, foreign parts store. 2) Has any one had a similiar experience who could provide insight into this problem? I'm assuming I have a short somewhere.
It's all rather sad. These are the first electrical problems I've had with this car. And my clock ran perfectly before.

Thanks for all of your help.
