thats the name of the law firm that is filing a class action law suit against gm and texaco over the dexcool thing
on a side note:
I'm going to confirm this with Texaco, but so far, the only way to get a 5-year "warranty" for DEX-COOL is to use it a system that has never tasted traditional gycol chemistry.

It has to do with the chemical coating left over from the gycol stuff.
