Spark plug help -

Just purchased a 1992 Volvo 240 Wagon....I love it....My favorite car yet.

I am in the process of changing my spark plugs and I have never done this before - so I have a few questions:

I read some info online about applying the proper torque once the new plugs are in. Being a newbie to this....and never used a torque wrench..what is the proper Torque to use on these plugs?
I have the chilton manual and it says set it to torque specifications..but does not say what they are?

I got the plugs from my volvo dealership - they are specific for my B-230F engine -- Do I need to worry about Gap between the electrodes? They say they are pre-set for Volvo requirements...And one last question - should I definately apply some antiseize lubricant to the threads?

Thanks - Excited to start my first of many projects, I just don't want to do something wrong....
any insite would be greatly appreciated!
