Check in the 140-160 listings - uniberp has a big thread going on his installation of a T5 into his 140. He got the adaptor from www.v-performance.com

One big difference you will face in putting one in a 122 is the shifter location - it works without curring on a rear-short shifter car such as an 1800 or later-model 140, but you will need to do some major surgery and replace the tunnel on your 122.
