b21 in a 140 140-160 1966

I'm not comparing Natural Aspirated to Turbo, I'm comparing B20E to B21E, NA to NA. If I were going to turbo I would go directly to the OHC engine, turboing a B20 would be a bad idea & give average results. The B21 ports are bad from a shape point of view, not a size point of view, I've not had the oppurtinity to see the later B230 head on a flowbench but the intake port certainly looks heaps better. I'm in Australia, so the B21E's in this contry had no smog equipment & I can tell you a non-smog B21E is no match for a B20E.
