Where does this climate control vac line go [pic]? 900 1991

[the pic is taken under the driver's side foot well, towards the center console and upwards]

I was exploring to find out why my dash vents cut out under boost, when I found a disonnected vacuum line, the yellow, that supposedly controls the floor vent. A pen cap had been inserted in the end in an attempt to plug it, but the pen cap was a vented type, causing a massive vac leak.

Well, I searched high and low for the port it's supposed to be connected to, but couldn't for the life of me find anything within a 5 inch radius of the end, let alone inthe immediate vicinity. I've temporarily plugged it with a screw head, but I'd like to actually repair the problem.

Please help if you can -- winter is coming and I don't want cold feet!

Thanks,
Chris Breitner
