Replacing 240 side mirrors, as simple as it looks? (1980)

Tis a very simple task. You might consider putting in some lubricant on the sliding surfaces, but just a wee dab. How tight you make the one screw will determine how (1) easy it is to adjust the mirrors, and (2) how often hitting a pothole knocks them out of adjustment.
