Thinking about a 164 140-160 1975

I just traveled to Fargo, North Dakota to pick up a 1975 164e. Other than the driver's side floor, it looks like it is in pretty good shape. I was able to drive it onto the dolly, but the engine had a bad knock?? I felt sorry for the young college gal I was buying it from, so I double the price paid - $10. So that could be your starting point for a price??
