I have a 3/4 ton suberban that vibrates between 60 and 75 MPH. Still not fixed but in effort to pin down problem I was told that the angle of the drive shaft at both U-joints needs to be the same, or as close as possable. Did you have to shorten the drive shaft or make it longer? The resolution may be as simple as shiming the tranny up or down. Hope this helps.
