Multiple Questions 200

I just did my exhaust system. Rattles like a sunuvubitch. The space between the gas tank and the body work is pretty slim, so you have to make sure it's aligned perfectly. BTW: I got the stock Volvo system. Lifetime warrantee.

Check your ground connections. Disconnect your battery terminal cables and clean the terminals and the posts. Disconnect the connections at the starter and clean them. Disconnect the ground cable from the bodywork and clean the connection. Replace the engine gorund strap. The electricals do not draw nearly as much current as the starter, so they will often work with loose or dirty connections when the important stuff won't.

Check with John at John-John's in Attleboro. www.volvohelp.com.
