B230FT not starting.

The engine started for second after I left the starter fluid for about an hour. I think I may have water in the fuel line since it was disconnected for several months. I will try dry gas tomorrow and jump the dead beast with my 940 running. If that doesn't work I will check all the vacuum hoses and grounds then try again. If still no go I'll have to test/replace the injectors. It sounds like it wants to start but just can't get going. I need to tighten down the turbo plumming tomorrow as well. Any suggestions welcomed. How many times can I try and start it before I run the chance of killing the starter? It sounds really strong starting but just doesn't go. Shakes a little, brumm, brumm, but doesn't fully rev. Is it possible that the injectors could be stuck?
