Help engine gone mad 700

1989 740 gl wagon regina type
Hi to all
today the car has been doing werd stuff. the car idles irratic the tach jumps from 0-1000 and all dash lights are on. the car drives fine but idles werd
starting is hard. I crank and after releasing the key the tach jumps and engine struggles to run for as long as you can count but after part throttle it runs fine. It stalls at stops PLEASE HELP
Spark plugs and wires are new
I cleaned the IAC but just got codes
socket 2
1-2-2 air temp sen
2-2-3 IAC
2-3-3 IAC valve closed
socket 6
1-4-3
1-4-3 KNOCK SENSOR
1-4-3
THe check engine lights not on but what to do
