Refit interior panels from 240? 140-160 1974

I'm not really interested in originality, and my interior door panels are warped and ripped. The 1974 140 doesn't have vent wings, so would 240 door panels fit? Up to what year? Any special model or features to look for?
Any notes on the wagon area? I suppose I should get to a boneyard.

Also, I use the older style window winders (<=73), and filed a groove in the spline to catch the snap ring. They are much sturdier than the plastic screw on types, all of which seem to have lost their outer knob.

Also, the latest IPD mailing has 144 door seals listed at $32 each. A previous thread asked about interchangeability with 240. That I don't know.
