Sunroof headaches, please help... 200

So how similar are 200 series sunroofs to 700 series sunroofs? I was reading the 700 FAQ sunroof section and wondering if all the non-electrical stuff applies to a 200 sunroof as well. I bought an '84 GL for real cheap because it needed a transmission. I put a new one in and now its driveable. The only real problem left is the sunroof. I had it all the way out to mess with the cables. Now I can't seem to get it to open or close properly. If anyone has any adjustment tips that would be helpful too.
