engine stalling occassionally...only at start up 200 1992

Hi There -

I have a 1992 Volvo 240 wagon -- occassionally she stalls when you first turn her over. If she has been sitting for awhile - she starts up no problem. If you are running errands and have to turn her off and on -- she will stall -- but once you are in gear she is perfect?

Any ideas? I changed all the spark plugs and she still does it?
