Instrument cluster removal 1991-745 700 1991

I need to repair the speedometer on our 91 745ti. I had received information and an image through a Brickboard contact but it must have been for an earlier 740. It indicated that there were screws behind the vents and at the top of the cluster. There does not seem to be any external fastners that I can locate. Perhaps it released from behind? I've worked the territory before but at the time didn't need to remove the cluster so I didn't pay any attention. I would just like to have an idea of what the procedure is before I get started. Any help appreciated. Thanks
