rebuild options 140-160

I finally have my "74" down to the block, and I've noticed some problems with the bore. the hone is worn off partially in all cylinders. I can feel a lip in the upper cylinder wall where the rings don't travel, and #4 cylinder has some scratches in the cylinder wall. My pistons are marked with .030" which i think is the max overbore for stock b20 pistons without going to b21 pistons. I was not planning on going to 2130cc. Plus I don't have rods to mount b21 pistons. What are my options? BTW I might be thinking worst case scenario. Could i get away with re-honing and new rings?
