Looking for decent pre 85 240 in N.W. Ohio area 200

My wife's 81 245 (Uberwagon) has about had it. 250,000 miles. Rusted out floor and frame + new wiring harness hasn't worked out that well. Rear main seal leaks. Tranny slips now. I need another 240. The junkyard has a 78 245, but its almost as rusty and they want $200 for it and do not even know if it will run. Anyone know of any around here for sale. I see lots on EBAY sell cheap, but they are always too far away to buy. I have new doors and fenders, but need a fixer-upper that doesn't have any major rust issues near Toledo.
